Extended Hours- The Tolsey are now offerring routine early morning and late evening appointments on a thursday. Please see staff for further details.

Travel Service Questionnaire - please remember that all patients requiring travel advice and vaccinations will need to complete the Travel Questionnaire before seeing the practice nurse. Forms are available from reception or the website.

Friends of the Tolsey Surgery

FRIENDS OF THE TOLSEY SURGERY (FOTS)

This is an organisation ran by our patients to help support our surgery. They hold regular meetings, often with staff members present, and feedback their views on how the practice can respond better  to patients needs. They also help raise money for essential equipment at the surgery.

If you would like to be part of this exciting and invaluable group then please contact John Buckley for more information. 

How else can you help ?

Please plan ahead for routine appointments, repeat prescriptions and travel vaccinations

Let us know if you are unable to attend even at short notice 

Phone after 11:30am for non-urgent matters

Be aware that staff are dealing with patients at the counter as well as over the telephone

Give staff the information they need to help you in the most appropriate way
