Extended Hours- The Tolsey are now offerring routine early morning and late evening appointments on a thursday. Please see staff for further details.

Travel Service Questionnaire - please remember that all patients requiring travel advice and vaccinations will need to complete the Travel Questionnaire before seeing the practice nurse. Forms are available from reception or the website.

Test Results

Patients will not be contacted for routine normal test results. A doctor or nurse will contact you should there be a problem.

If you ring for test results please do so between 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM.

This gives the Doctor or Nurse time to look at results which have arrived that day.
