Extended Hours- The Tolsey are now offerring routine early morning and late evening appointments on a thursday. Please see staff for further details.

Travel Service Questionnaire - please remember that all patients requiring travel advice and vaccinations will need to complete the Travel Questionnaire before seeing the practice nurse. Forms are available from reception or the website.

You will be automatically connected to Wiltshire Medical Services - the on-call answering service based at Chippenham hospital.

You may be asked to see or speak to the on call GP for an assessment of your medical complaint. 

Wiltshire Medical Services will visit you at home if they feel it is necessary.
