Travel Service Questionnaire - please remember that all patients requiring travel advice and vaccinations will need to complete the Travel Questionnaire before seeing the practice nurse. Forms are available from reception or the website.

Community Nurses

Community Nurses
Community nurses visit the housebound. This generally means the elderly and chronically sick or patients recovering from surgery. They are able to do dressings, take blood, give advice, and take blood pressure readings as well as many other services.
The Community nurses work closely with the surgery team.
If you feel you need a Community nurse to visit, please contact the surgery.

Counsellors

Practice Counsellor (f)
An NHS counsellor is available at the practice. She works at the surgery on a wednesday lunchtime/early afternoon. She will see patients with a range of issues that may benefit from counselling.
Referrals are made through the Medical staff.
The doctors are also able to recommend a number of private counsellors and other services.
